Yuck! What's for Dinner? is The Very Hungry Caterpillar meets Ratatouille. Kids love the jokes, and moms love the message.
Max the dung beetle hatches on a beautiful spring day. He can't wait to eat his dinner. . . until he finds out what dung is. No matter what his mother says or does, she can't entice him to try it. His mother is soon at her wits' end.
Sweet little Max is heartbroken.
Can Max and his mother find something that will make them both happy? And can Max be a good dung beetle. . . if he refuses to eat dung?
This is a HARDCOVER picture book that is author and illustrator signed!
**This book was a story Bridget told her youngest son for years, because he demanded it over and over, and her husband illustrated it. (WARNING: he is not a professional!) If you think poop jokes are funny, and if you like stories where it's okay to be a little different, than you will love this.

I loved this wonderful book. It's perfect for kids. They will find it very funny! I'm 60 and I found it adorable and charming. The illustrations were spot on. It reminded me of when I was little and my mom would try to get me to eat. It was a struggle so I related to this story. I highly recommend it and I believe you and your kids will love it!
It is a great little book. The story is amazing and so are the illustrations. Thank you for writing a book for children and please keep up the good work. I must say you are amazing and I don't know where you find the time to do everything you do in your life.
This is such a cute book and I can't wait to share this with my older Grandkids. The two younger ones liked it alot. All 4 are at any age where it is fun to talk about poop.
An adorable children's story for children and adults alike. I especially enjoyed the ending, as it was a bit unexpected for me, even if it shouldn't have been. Highly recommend for all those with picky eaters out there.😉
