Refund Policy:
Refunds do not apply to digital products (eBooks and audiobooks). These are instant downloads, and they are final.
If you receive a book format you were not expecting, please reach out to let us know. Books are marked by format, but if a click goes wrong, we're happy to help.
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Signed Books
Currently, all signed hardcover and paperback books (including special editions) are individually unpackaged and signed by Bridget. As a result, the dust jackets and paperback edges are exposed within the shipping box. Though we do our best to package books carefully, tiny rips, tears, or folds can occur in the dust jacket or page edges.
Please note that refunds will not be accepted for signed books due to these minor cosmetic effects. If you order a special edition or other signed book, please reach out immediately after ordering to let us know if you do not want it signed.
Other Physical Goods:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will address the issue and get you a replacement.
Returns are only given for damaged or defective items if you contact us within 3 days of receiving item (according to the tracking information).
Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and a photograph of the damaged package and/or contents.
